The Leading Edge was founded in 2009 by Sara Knights.

Sara is a highly skilled corporate Leadership and Management Development expert. With a strong belief that people are an organisation’s greatest asset, Sara has worked with many executive leadership and senior management teams over the last 10 years to develop empowered, engaged and motivated workforces that drive business success.

She believes that the keys to professional and business success lie in people's ability to communicate effectively with others and to maintain a high level of personal effectiveness. These two areas consistently run through her work which focuses on the acceleration of individual and organisational development. On a consultancy basis she works with organisations to help them develop inclusive corporate cultures which nurture and realise human potential.

Sara has over 20 years experience of working within Learning and Development and has worked with a wide range of organisations in both the public and private sector where she is a highly respected Consultant, Mentor, Trainer and Executive Coach.

As a trained and qualified Executive Coach, Trainer, NLP Practitioner and experienced Business Consultant, Sara, in partnership with her team of associates, creates and delivers innovative and highly effective learning and development solutions.
