Alongside the three sessions of 1:1 EMDR processing, each week includes a live group session with the cohort. Participants come as they are, at whatever stage in their own inner work, and meet others at similar stages. These sessions provide validation, resonance, and mutual support, while also covering key developmental themes relevant to the whole group.

The first 2026 Leading Edge Reset cohort for women leaders is run over ten weeks, with a maximum of ten participants. This small group ensures depth, intimacy, and the safety required for transformation.

  • EMDR has been around for decades, but almost exclusively within clinical settings for trauma. The science is solid, yet leadership development has traditionally stayed at the surface—strategy, skills, and mindset—without addressing the nervous system that drives performance. What we’re doing now is bringing a proven method into the leadership space, carefully adapted for non-clinical use. You’re benefiting from an evidence-based approach that’s only recently begun to be applied outside therapy. The timing matters: leaders today are under pressures that older tools can’t always resolve. EMDR meets that moment by working at the level of predictive memory, where those invisible blocks really live.

  • No. Unlike traditional executive coaching or other leadership programmes, The Leadership Reset uses EMDR for performance to create change at the neural level. This is professional development using EMDR methods for performance outcomes and is applied within a professional development frame, enabling peak performance for women in leadership and business. We screen carefully to ensure it’s the right fit. Where EMDR is not suitable, we’ll signpost you to appropriate support.

  • Around 2–3 hours per week during the 10-week cohort, including group sessions, 1:1 work, and light integration practice.

  • Cohort sessions are recorded or have catch-up options. 1:1 EMDR sessions are scheduled individually and can be rearranged if needed.
